My baby and I love this wrap! The “sunset” colors are gorgeous! My little one is almost 7 months old and he's in the 99th percentile for height. He has grown out of wearing a stretchy wrap safely, and our ergo baby is too bulky to just wear around the house. This thing has been a lifesaver, I can play with my older boys again. This is a RING SLING not a wrap. The rings are connected to the fabric through a sewn in loop. However, the ring sling is good quality and easy to use. The listing because clearly shows a wrap in the same fabric I ordered. I will be keeping the ring sling regardless but hoping to order (and receive) a wrap in the future.Initially was a little hard to use. the cloth was pretty rough but over time and many many washes my baby loved itThis is wonderful. Nice sturdy fabric, but not too stiff, and beautiful. Everywhere I go with it on (which is pretty much everywhere) people comment on how pretty it is and how comfortable my baby looks in it.I have used a moby wrap previously, for a different baby, and I found it very useful so I decided to step it up a notch with this baby and try out a woven wrap. I have not been dissappointed! I was blessed with a very chunky baby this time, who quickly tipped the scales at 16 pounds at just 3 months of age, so this has been a much better fit for me than the moby.Because the fabric is sturdier with a woven wrap than a moby, and doesn't have a much give, it is more suitable for bigger babies and won't wear out as quickly. A stretchier wrap doesn't support the baby quite as strongly, especially as they get to be bigger.Compared to strap-style carriers, the wrap carrier is much easier on your back because it distributes the weight more evenly over your body.Wraps make it easier to manuver up and down stairs and through crowded areas than strollers, and they allow you to have your hands free, which is especially important if you have other children.Additionally, baby is so much more comfortable in a wrap style carrier. My baby usually sleeps in the wrap, or looks around quietly observing the world around her. There is a bit of a learning curve for wrap style carriers, but youtube tutorials are avalible and once you figure out how to do it they are very quick and easy to put on.For me, this is an indispensible product that I use on a daily basis and really makes my life so much easier.Shipping was fast, only took about 5 days from ordering to my mail box.I had high hopes for this wrap, as I've been wrapping for 11 months now i figured it was time for a new wrap. Not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on a wrap, i decided to try this one seeing how it has good reviews and seems great. Let me start out by sayong the quality is great, fabric is great colors as expected by picture. No foul smells or anything of that nature and not very stiff straight out of the packaging. A little stiff, but nothing unexpected for a new item. My baby is very used to being wrapped. She loves it actually, and we aren't new to the wrapping game. However for some reason she HATES being back-wrapped in this wrap. This is a baby who adpres being wrapped in all ways, who will snuggle and fall asleep in any of my other wraps no problem..but for some reason, if i back-wrap her in this particular wrap she just starts crying. Maybe the fabric is to rough for her i thought, so i currently have it in the washer with a ton of fabric softener..but to me it didn't feel too rough. I washed it once before, but with no softener.I was very disappointed when i noticed i did not receive the item like its described with the fringed edges. My wrap ends in a blunt sew line, no fringes. I wanted a new wrap to have a "stylish" one, and was very disappointed it didn't come like it says or like the pictures lead you to believe. I just put it in the washer and dryer, like i previously stated and still waiting on it to be done to see how it held up in that aspect, and if it got any softer. I will update this review with an answer to that, as soon as I figure it out. Hopefully it did, or else this wrap will be pretty useless to us.This is a great budget woven wrap. I wanted to try a woven wrap, but I didn't have the money to buy a really expensive one. After using this one for the last two months, I don't think I will buy a more expensive one. The fabric definitely has some 'grip' which means it takes me a little longer to get it adjusted just right, but then it stays where I want it. Since it is 100% cotton it breathes pretty well. We used it in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons in August (70s-80s most days) without much problem. Baby was much warmer in her stroller than when she was being carried. That being said, babywearing is still warm in the summer and she did get warm, but it worked well for our 1.5 hour hikes. My only complaint (and why I can't give it 5 stars) is that the 'tropical' color does not look like the picture. It is actually very purple rather than the pink hue it looks like in the picture. However, it went up in price after I had ordered it and I didn't want to pay more for a different color so I kept it. I don't dislike the color, it just wasn't what I was expecting. If you want something more pink, I would guess the 'desert' print is closer to what you would want. This is a great beginner wrap! Biggest downfalls is that the center marker is not centered at all! Also, the “honeycomb” waffle stitch gets caught on any and all jewelry and created pulls in the material. Needs lots of wearing in, but comfortable and great to be able to wear babe in baby different waysLove this wrap! Good quality for the price :)The person loved it
