We moved to Mexico for 2 years for work and my 6 year old entered school here. Though most classes are in English at his school, the kids all speak Spanish and we want him to get a good foundation in Spanish language (writing, reading, grammar, etc.) We used this over the summer to provide support so he doesn’t regress language-wise. It has a great selection of language arts activities and materials as well as math. It’s for second graders who are in immersive classes, SSL, or native Spanish speakers. It’s not focused on people learning Spanish in like one class at school. There are easy story books to practice reading, word ladders, etc. the materials are bright and colorful and eye catching for young kids. There are whiteboard style materials for activities and a dry erase marker so you can write on some of the materials, erase and reuse. It has a nice sturdy plastic bag to store everything. It’s a nice set. Definitely recommended.
