Big book indeed! This book is filled with great information and easy to understand instructional material. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning the Kung Fu San Soo style of martial art. It Includes photos, step by step instructions and an introductory section about the origins of San Soo and the author’s background. I am using this book as a primary reference and plan to continue using it on my San Soo/martial arts path.
